Objective
The objective of the Academy Program is to develop young players to their maximum potential, based on their age and knowledge of the game, to perform at their highest possible level.
The Academy Program
The program consists of three age levels, starting at the School of Rugby - U16 level, Performance - U18 level, and Elite - U20 level.
The objective of CRFC Youth Educational Program is to maximize the potential of every rugby player, to enhance their personal rugby experience, and to develop opportunities for players during their off season.
Players should expect high standards at all levels, since high level of performance is expected while playing for their own High School Teams during the spring regular season.
Players will practice in three different locations and will have more than just field practices. The program also includes room sessions where theory aspects of the game will be addressed. It is intended to cover all necessary aspects for success, such as strength and conditioning, game philosophy, psychology, and nutrition among others.
The program will be delivered by local accredited coaches, professionals, and important guests experts in their areas.
