Charlotte Rugby Academy Elite Program

 

Elite (ELT) will be formed by up to 28 players. The DVP program consists of 26 sessions between August and November 2010. Players will follow a comprehensive curriculum presented “on and off” the field, that will include individual player development in Core Skills, with emphasis on game strategy and mental preparedness plus Personal Management and Leadership skills.

 

At this level players can progress from the DVP program. Players must be nominated by their school or club coaches, and can be identified and invited by the Academy head coaches.

 

ELT covers a dedicated and specific curriculum.

 

ELT Academy Squad members will participate in selected CRFC 1st XV squad training sessions.

ELT Squad plans to face up to 3 challenging opponents and serve as pre-match games for the 1st XV fall season matches.
